Hi all im new to BMW and found this site on GOOGLE and its marvelous, Hope someone can help me here?? I have a 1989 k75s (red)and when cold and out of gear the engine is quiet but when warm and out of gear there is some kind of clutch rattle if it was a car it would be a Thrust bearing, pull the clutch in it goes away, i heard that it could be worn splines but i dont know how true that is!! i have the gear box out to grease clutch spline and hope to solve this problem with someone putting me in the right direction , any help would be much appreciated .
