What is the proper test for checking the spark plug leads??
I have no continuity from end to end which I understand is correct?

A bit of a can of worms here but apparently the K75 leads have a gap in them and therefore measuring continuity will not achieve anything.

Beyond that I can not comment and will leave it to our more knowledgeable Sages.

In another post you say you have good spark at the plug so that should be OK fuel flooded engine points to continuous injection it should pulse as shown by the video posted by Bert. K75 leads are open circuit end to end.
