I've been thru a few different motors lol and none of them idle perfectly smoothly,there always seem to be the odd hiccup.
The fuelling is very lean at tickover on most K's...although I have seen variations with different FI controllers and airflow meters.
Try adjusting the idle air bypass screw on the airflow meter.Turning in will richen the mixture a touch,which should help smooth the idle.
K's are set at stoichiometric air fuel ratio.. at idle 14.7:1....If I were tuning a carburettor bike I would set it as rich as the bike wanted.My (hinkley)bonneville is 12:1 at idle,
