I'm learning a more about my BMW everyday. It turns out I have Throttlemeister CC installed. Do any of you use this? It seems sort of spooky.

I was also looking a headlight relays based on an old post. The instructions mentioned that it would shut off my headlight while starting. Right now when I push the started my headlight goes off. Does this mean I already have it?

Thanks in advance...

I've been using (and was selling) Throttlemeister passive cruise controls for yonks. They work well, are easy to use and adjust, and are of high quality. They should always be installed and adjusted so that they don't fully bind when the throttle is open. I can set mine a bit above halfway and it takes the effort out of having to hold the throttle open on long trips, reducing the effects of 'throttle elbow'. But, it still rolls slowly back to idle if I release it suddenly. I also use a plastic throttle lever in conjunction with the T-Meister.

On your bike the headlight should dim or go out entirely whilst the starter is cranking and re-light when the bike starts. Means there's a relay and it functions.

Mine's got a "load shed relay" The relay is activated with the push of the starter button, to remove all major electrical load from the battery, and to maximise the battery available to the starter.
