First in that special section K1 Forks on a K1100 lt Icon_lol K1 Forks on a K1100 lt Icon_lol

just to say i changed the original fork of my K 1100 LT by one from a K1. The fork is tougher and different because the original one is working differently , i.e the compression damper is in one leg and the other leg works opposite. For me it was alittle bit sweet and now with the new fork and the emc rear shock the bike is much more precise on the road, and with the near 300kg of the "panzer", it's very comfortable to ride on K1 Forks on a K1100 lt Icon_biggrin

Quick question. Where does the extra 70 kilos come from with the LT over the RT
I know they have the nickname of light truck but other than the really nice top box rack I can't see a lot of difference.
I know the 1100 engine will fit in a 100 frame so what gives Very Happy
I think the 1200 is even worse yet the 1200/1300 GT is back to "normal".
