Anyone have a spare in good nick?
I'm sure it does nothing but look neater than without it.
Might need to be in my part of the world to make sense price wise.

FYI: There were two alternator covers that were made for Ks: an early one (11141460827) made up to 1992 and then a newer one (11141464637) that came out with the 50A alternator.

The later one has more venting.

I prefer the earlier one because the "double-vented" later one can heat up and warp on some bikes.

The price difference is stunning. Max BMW shows both available:
11141464637 $46.15
11141460827 $7.96

I've been running a sixty (better thought I'd write it out in case anyone thought it was a fat finger) amp alternator on Low Flying Brick without any overheat problems, but then again I live in the Emerald isle and not Texas.

Thanks for pointing to those.
But they don't sell outside Canada/USA, due to Covid?
