Gidday all,

Russell from near Canberra, Oz. Been riding all sorts of stuff on trail and tarmac for most of my life.

I've just aquired a '83 K100RS in pieces and am in the process of putting it back together. Intention is to use it as an allroads machine, a tourer, two up bike and with those skinny tyres it should be reasonable on a gravel road as well. I've got it running and now am chasing a few bits to get it right for registration.

Previously I had an ex Pohleece K75RT, one of the best bikes I've ever owned. Maybe if I can find a good K75 donk I will eventually put together a 'K75RS'. The triple showed me what a great engine configuration a 3 inline is and I've owned three Hinkley Triumphs since, still have a Daytona and Tiger 955.

Looking forward to benefiting from the members wisdom here and in time hopefully make a contribution as well.

Many thanks, Russell

Hey Russell,

Welcome to the board mate! You're in the right place as we've got a great group of Ozzies on the board. A little bent, but but good guys nonetheless. Wink

Welcome to the forum Russell.

If you've had a Brickette you won't have any problems putting a Brick back together. Well nothing more than normal.affraid
