Photo by Killboy means this is probably taken somewhere on the Tail of the Dragon. I'd understand the sidecar lifting on that stretch of road without a "Monkey" in the seat.

This maybe my next project....
I already know that I am get K100 subframe for Xmas... The rest will be building the sidecar. This was the main reason why I bought the K100. The last sidecar that I had was in 1977 (2 strokes Suzuki), but I became too crazy and had to sell it in order to stay alive.
Now, I am wiser and smarter..... (NOT!) but still want a hack.
