RickG wandered past today and left behind a final drive for me, then wandered off again with an exhaust system under his arm.

The weather came across grey and drizzly here in Guyra but hopefully he enjoyed a dry ride back up to Bananabenderland.

Hah, that photo reminds me of a guy I sold some forks to. I think he strapped them to his back ninja style for the 150km ride home. I guess he made it. Don't recall reading anything about it in the news Smile

Just a very light shower at Deepwater, other than that a relaxing and dry ride home.
Great to meet another forum member and put a face to a name.

Curiosity was supposed to have killed the....cat, not the dog. Sharp eyes will notice.

Her reward being a bloody great big bowl of feed and a warm place to sleep...not much to ask. Oh, and the obligatory, occasional warning bark if something's not quite right outside in the dark of night.

She quite liked Rick and was interested in what he was doing. Half an hour later she had two Mormons bailed up in the front yard.
I was ever so proud....

I once had a slightly leaking 'grey water' tank outside in my yard. It smelt funny after two or three long showers and a coupla loads of wash. I was gunna fix it, but. One day the shiny, nicely dressed people came by in a group all smiling and proselytising and trying to show me their book with the horror stories and serpents. I turned them away. The children walked straight across the bog, knee deep into the quaqmire in their best shoes.

Yes she did strike me as a very well trained dog with excellent taste. Did she like the taste of Mormons?
