holly sh%$@!t!.... 2 days in a row with nice weather!

When I left this morning, It was foggy and damp. We got this type of weather
for most of the morning and suddenly, the sun showed up and it was up to 30⁰ Celsius (90⁰ F)
Had a nice 500K ride with lunch at the Harbour View Restaurant in Parrsboro.

Photos of Harbour View Restaurant, Parrsboro.

We met with the people of the BMWONS but decided to go for the full loop as most of them were returning home after the lunch.

Here are my riding buddies. (Yes few of them ride HD, but this doesn't prevent them to be nice and funny.

Aren't you the lucky one.
Third day of winter here.
Temp has dropped to a chilly 15c and the sun is a little less shiney and the sky a little less blue.
Damn you winter.

Next time you head out CF make a trip to Windsor. It is only 20 minutes from my place and even closer to Mr Klompy.
Can't believe I haven't seen you on the road What a Face

Thank you for the great tour. We gave up our 90 degree days for some 45 degrees today. It's coming your way. Enjoy the warmth while you can.

good to see you out and about Bert, looking forward to plenty of summer reports.
we have a Long weekend ahead of us, and fine weather predicted, hopefully a few of us can chance upon a good ride somewhere, and show CF how good we have it down here. after that, he can rub it in.
Al , are you going to the Alpine Rally?
I'm up for a day run somewhere? anywhere? spent last weekend at home hanging plasterboard , and need to put in some more hours this weekend , BUT, I'm sure there's a way of fitting in some ride time.

Bell and I are popping down the hill to Gloucester on Friday, staying in the caravan park and going to a party Friday and Saturday night. Was thinking of riding over to Nabiac through Krambach or something and going to the museum for a look on the Saturday.

Lets make it easy.
I live 60 kms away from Brooklyn and you live 70 kms from there.
Why don't we meet at Brooklyn after work for a quick cold one?
I'll be waiting for you at 6pm at the service center. Very Happy

somehow I don't think we are in Oz anymore Klompy, best tap those red shoes again.

Sean , the Nabiac Museum sounds inviting, never been there before, I've only seen write ups in Old Bike mag , but thats it.
I'm just waiting for a reply from my Sydney brother , I may be catching up with him, if not I'll let you know.

Same weather here, with intermittent thunderstorms. It's the warm air from the gulf stream meeting the cold coming down from the north. Local conditions get very dicey at times, can't keep the truck on the road let alone a motorcycle.

I hope to report from Laconia next week to give an idea of what's happening in this neck of the woods.

I wish it would get cold and icy so that I don't have to jump on the bike in case it's the last ride. Every day so far I can't help myself, but I need to get some more work done in the shed.
Nice piccies CF, one day I'll make it back there for a cross Canada cruise. (bucket list No.89).

Good to see you guys getting out and about and great to see CF getting some great riding weather rather than all the white stuff. Just back from nearly 6 weeks in the UK and the weatehr there whilst we were there was just like NZ winter as soon as we go whammo it goes up to 25 degrees.
Regards,
K-BIKE
