Are the steering stop bumpers (those tiny buttonheads that match to lower triple tree bumpers) replaceable / adjustable? Need to adjust them just a wee bit so the handlebar wouldn't bang to tank (just a fraction of mm needed).

The stop bumbers mounted at the steering head is rivets.

On the RT/LT models a thick washer is added under the rivet heads to limit the
handlebar travel, you could try to add another washer each side.
But it would be difficult to remove the old rivets w/o destroying them.....

I'll vouch for them being difficult but I would say more like f*^#&( impossible. I have removed them on the K100 frame to do some experiments with the KLX Kawasaki front end that will be going on the K75. I just drilled them out and am making new stops the right size.
