Ok so this is not a big issue but a very annoying one never the less. So Anyone know what this is about . Right hand cluster problem , indicator relay problem or What ?

Renew fuse #7, it may not look blown but it may be on the way out. If that doesn't fix it then you will need to renew the starter brushes because they are used for an earth path when not starting.
