WelKome from a fellow rain victim.  Where are you in Seattle? I was born and spent my whole life in Seattle. I moved over to Hood Canal a couple of years ago. I used to love living in Seattle but I'm a heterosexual US citizen and therefore no longer welcome there. (I refer to Seattle as Berkeley with rain.)
