Just accepted an order from client to make a scrambler out of his 1990 BMW K100RS with 90k. Took a bike, checked a compression and found 110-110-120-115. Did a leak down test, it shows low leak, nothing is heard from exhaust or airbox, only from oil pan...starting to look for a guidance in your community:)

Mine engine is having 12.5-13.2 bar in compression, cold, unstarted engine. 77k Km.
Hearing leaks from engine pan makes me think at used piston rings. Maybe it will still work but I don't know for sure and for how long.
However cafe will be used for short trips so only big issue for your client is that at some point engine will not be able to start. Prior of that it will not idle as supposed to. This is the moment when engine needs rebuild. Just make sure it checks more often oil level in order to not destroy crankshaft and oil pump.
