And, how do I check to see if the fuel pump is getting power? I can check across the fuse for power. This a started as in a no start situation about a month after I replaced the fuel pump. All I did was shut it off a d hook the led driving lights back up and now no start.

Can you post up bike details, Ks differ and there are different solutions.

Sounds like that 4 pin connector under the back of the tank is letting you down.My 88 K100RS would quit and not have power to the pump sometimes and once I replaced that plug with a good water tight plug all was good. It was a cheap fix,15 bucks for 4 of them delivered to the door and took under an hour to do.
