'I know', I said, 'I'll get another cattle dog. What could possibly go wrong?'

Meet Tilda ( Tilly) a 3 year old red heeler I have here with me in Yarrabandai on a trial basis with a view to adopting her.
So far she has killed/maimed/mauled/hospitalised/frightened off
1 rake
1 trolley
1 visitor from Condoblin
1 whippersnipper( line trimmer)
a broom
the ride on mower
two thieves in a ute
and numerous birds
What could possibly go wrong? 20240310

Yes, she's a boofhead.

She has also bailed up two very, very suspicious young blokes in a ute doing a drive by of my house with no lights on at 10pm, thereby earning her keep in the first 24 hours. When I asked them what they wanted they claimed to have no headlights and did I have a fuse they could borrow. No, I said, but I have red dog security, here she is now... as she fired up and went towards them with her back up.

I foresee a return to tents thrown up behind pubs, near rivers and creeks or anywhere convenient.

I hope to have her fully einsatzbereit for the upcoming Rossco ride.

It's all in the translation.
