Is there any one that has info on Liqui-Moly LM 47 ? Percentage MoS2 ? It is available in South Africa and could it be used for Spline Lube ?

Motobins supply LM47 as 'BMW specified' final drive spline lube, but if you ask 10 K experts, "What is the correct spline lube?" you will probably get 10 different answers!
I've always used LM47.

Thanks for the reply it is great to know that I can safely use Liqui-Moly LM 47 on the splines . I have found it in S.Africa and bought a 100grm tube for $4=50
