Hi guys, this is my K a few months ago. I already changed a some small things. First was the seat which is a bit thicker now. :-) Actually there is a Nico-Bakker exhaust waiting in the garage to be mounted. Promise to keep you updated.

Cheers, Mike

This is the K with a selfmade exhaust but it was too loud.

The K looks a real beast when it's undressed, all engine and little else.
Nice though

Hi guys,
this pic is from yesterday. Changes: seat, gas mask box (for rain suite) and Nico-Bakker exhaust. This exhaust is the shortest legal exhaust available in Germany (sadly we have restrictions for more or less each and every thing you want to put/ change on your bike/car in Germany).

Hey Mike, how far forward do you lean on the bike? Just wondering about the mirrors located under the bars.
Go on, jump on and give us a look. You know you want to.

Looks great i reckon, all it needs now is bigger rubber on the rear. Smile
Where have you put your ignition switch(key) and what dash are you using?

Hi Rossco, i don't lean far forward but i don't have my arms in the mirrors like before. It just needed some time to get used to look below the handlebar.... Very Happy

I will put my rain suit in there but Kräuterschnaps is a good idea. We have a very famous one here: Killepitsch

Hi, i drive 110/80 18 in front and 140/80 17 on the rear tire. As i still try to keep the 80's look i won't put a bigger rubber on the rear. Very Happy The ignition switch is on the right panel, the dash is a ACE-254.

Haven't tried that one. My usual favourite when I can get friends to send it to me is this one:

Or the old Becherovka.
Love the bike! Looking good.
Sean.

New pics:

Mikes K100 RT Bmw-k100-streetfighter-7-klein

Mikes K100 RT Bmw-k100-streetfighter-8-klein

The exhaust could be shorter but it is a Nico-Bakker (really rare) so I won't change. Maybe I will mount another exhaust but for the moment I am fine with this one.

Cheers
