yeah i guess it was pretty nice 88, better than sitting home by yourself huh ? just that feeling to get wind in the face is extraordinary .

300 or so ks on pretty much straight roads ...some surprise rainforests up near urbanville ...really gorgeous ....some nice corners at Mount Lindsay over the border with New South Wales the long smooth corners from Tabulam to Drake are a real nice offering to stretch the bike hard up in the high 100s but with double demerit points for all road offences at this time of year, was just happy to cool it down and stick at the "bushies-country speed limit" a bit later at Malanganee over the Richmond- Clarence river basin hops and after Kyogle on the ways home all twistys about 110 -120 ks worth . with a sprint home on the highway about 40- 50 k

good to see you guys got out and about , did i count 8 or 9 k bikes there ? superb effort

A belated thanks to all you guys for a great time on Saturday.

Jules is all good, and she says to tell Charlie it wasn't his selection of roads that was the problem. Just a bit optimistic for a first big outing on the bike after breaking her pelvis 16months ago. Oh and there weren't enough coffee and cake stops either Razz ( I always promise those as an incentive)

No really we had a great time and clocked 550klms by the time we got home. Jules actually reckons that out of all the bikes we have owned and toured on that the old K is the most comfortable and it makes her feel safe.

Cant ask for better than that.christmas - new years run 2012-13 - Page 2 112350

Yep, just up the road.

Can be cheap, can be expensive...good day drives, fishing is brilliant (from the beach if you want), brilliant surf (patrolled), bushwalks, markets, McDONALDS! I'll stop there...I'm getting a bit excited about that last one.

Yuppyville or family orientated. Your choice.
