1. How Much approx for rebuild kit?
2. How hard is it to remove?
3. How much average time involved?

I know someone here has done this and any help is appreciated...

3. never did it, but see Bert's site. There was also a Youtube(?) video on this. One of our members posted it recently. Could be on the flyingbrick forum.
