I recently purchased a 1985 k100 RS. The bike has been setting since 2008 in a garage. I recently pulled out the injectors and fuel rail and cleaned it out. I tested out the injectors to make sure they are working. They work, but I was wondering if they need to be spray in mist or a stream. Because they are spraying in a stream. Just wanted to make sure before they are correct before I reinstall them

They spray a stream of fuel onto the intake valve where it gets atomized before going into the cylinder.

Yes I agree. A single hole jet in the originals spraying a 30 degree stream. I had a lot of injector trouble for a while and ended up replacing mine.
